« perfect for our little staycation getaway! easy access to Lake Monroe and we loved the historical aspect of the place. The whole property was beautiful and we were impressed. »

« Very quiet and clean property just 20 minutes from Spring Mill State Park, which is why we chose this Vrbo. Well equipped kitchen. My son was happy that there was a TV in each room. »

« Great place to stay! »

« Sydney was very communicative about why the lawn hadnt been mown and helpful when we needed to extend our stay by 2 days. Reasonable quality for the price being quite affordable. There was a slight mustiness to the house smell that we had to air out, strong scented detergent on the bedding which I know some folks like but isnt our style, and a yellow jacket nest under the porch that we moved a table over so our baby wouldn't crawl over them and get stung. Nice location just 3 block walk from...

« Place was as advertised. Easy check in and easy communication with the host. »

« Everything was great. We were dropping off our son to IU and this was so convenient for the whole family. There were enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. »

« This property was definitely unique! It's like staying at your Great Grandmas house in the country as the furnishings and decor were 1970s - we enjoyed that though! We had what we needed and plenty of space. The oven was definitely old, dishwasher was newer, beds were comfortable but the old spring-type. Be aware you need charcoal for the grill. You are way out in the country so bring what you need as running to the store would take a while. The most interesting thing was the herd of sheep...

« The home and grounds were very clean. It’s a very cute place. Plenty of towels and supplies. My only complaint is the upstairs bedroom was brutal hot even with a window ac unit. I would suggest maybe a ceiling fan to help. »

« Host was very good about communication and property was clean. We got in very late and basically just slept and left so it met our needs. If your looking for a safe, clean place - this is it. If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates. »

« Wonderful stay, clean, great location (near hiking trails, lake, golf course, and 1 mile walk to stadium). Kitchenette provided all we needed with hot plate, microwave and coffee maker. Will definitely book again. Thank you Robin »
