Updated and fully furnished 2 bedroom, living room, kitchen one bath apartment in the heart of Yarmouth Village. 5 min walk to Main St. with a variety of restaurants, shops, book store, and library and Royal River Park. 10-20 min to cousins island beach, walking/hiking/biking trails, 2 golf courses, Bradbury Mountain for a short family hike, several marinas, Freeport outlet shopping, down town Portland and 25 minutes to several state park beaches and water slide parks.

The property is beautiful, well maintained and exactly as advertised! Bonnie was the kindest and most thoughtful host I have ever had. I forgot to bring a pack and play for my young daughter to sleep in and upon inquiring if she had one, Bonnie went out and purchase one for my daughter to use during our stay. She truly went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this property!

Loved this Place!

This was one of the best places we have stayed. It was even better than the pictures if that is possible. Decorated so cute, had everything we needed and even some snacks and drinks provided by the host. Excellent communication and would love to stay here again!

Perfect stay

This was a perfect stay. We were warmly greeted by Bonnie who struck the ideal balance between helpfulness and completely respecting our privacy. The house is beautiful and has been stocked with all sorts of thoughtful items ( including toiletries and store cupboard food items) to make a stay very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. This was a lovely home to stay in and was situated in a very peaceful area in a pretty town It’s the best vacation rental that we have stayed in. Neat place

This is a very nice place with everything you would want they thought of. We had yummy fresh tomatoes and fresh strawberries waiting for us in the refrig. Plus our first breakfast was there in the kitchen. Very clean and sitting out back around the firer pit was really relaxing. We could have sat there all night watching the stars. You can walk to a very nice ice cream shop and on Sunday we walked to Church.Very nice neighborhood. Very family friendly.

Perfect family vacation

The apartment was amazing. It was the perfect size for me and my two kids and had everything we needed (and more). Location was great, too. Close to the beach and other attractions. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Yarmouth. The location was perfect - the town is so nice! The space itself is nicely decorated and was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well- stocked and we were able to make a few meals ourselves. I highly recommend!

Just right on all counts

This apartment has great interpretation of Mid-Century Modern style, but the comfort and amenities are all 21st century. The unit had everything we needed and some extras too. Two pleasant bedrooms, large TV, good internet, etc. We appreciate excellent communication with owner. Quiet, attractive and convenient neighborhood- this is a winner!

Exceptional Refuge

It's the little details that help one feel at home. Everything at this property was "just so" -- well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, q-tips, floss, coffee, etc. Additionally the house has a great layout, easy off-street parking, located in a walk-to-town neighborhood. Terrific spot to bring the family.

Excellent house for your vacation!

This house was perfect for our quick visit to Maine. It was clean, easy to find, and had many little extra touches to make it a great stay. There were little things like extra toiletries in case you forgot something, fresh flowers and some breakfast items to welcome you to the home, and clear directions about how to enter the home. The owner was super easy to contact and replied to questions quickly. (We were there for an unexpected snowstorm on the day we were to leave and the owner cleared the snow for us to make our departure super easy...she even offered extra time if we needed it.) We would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Stay

This is the perfect place for us! We have family in all directions from this cute apartment. To have this as a home base was ideal. Bonnie's attention to detail is something to appreciate! This may be the best VRBO we have stayed in yet. Bonnie has everything you need and takes great care of her guest. This was the perfect spot for our family of 3. Yarmouth is the perfect spot to take day trips up and down the southern coast of Maine.

Perfect in every way.

A true home away from home. Bonnie was a great host who seemed to have thought of every possible thing we could have needed to be comfortable and then some. We were close enough to Portland and it’s beaches and shopping that the drive wasn’t bothersome but while we were at the home it felt like we were a million miles away from anything. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the backyard oasis of a patio was truly enjoyable. The host even had the firewood set and ready for us on an evening she knew we were staying in. We will return and share this place with any friends we know traveling this way. Highly recommend this home!
