« Enjoyed our stay in the homely Haystack Cottage, dogs enjoyed it too (some nice walks nearby). All very comfortable and cosy! »

« It was ok for a one night stop over, which is fine if that’s all you want. Don’t get me wrong, I couldn’t fault Angie as a host, very approachable. But there is a lack of information about the units that don’t tell you that there is literally just a door between adjoining rooms, and like a previous review noted, very little sound privacy between you and what could be other guests, luckily for us there were no other guests either side of us the night we stayed. »

« The property was well presented had all the pots and pans and equipment needed for a girls weekend! (Especially a bottle opener 😉) host was attentive, friendly and allowed us to view her other properties. Thank you Angie. We will be back »

« Booked this place and the check in details never got issued . I messaged the host 3 times asking for check in details and did not get a response. I then contacted Vrbo at the check in time, they tried to get in touch with the host but could not, i tried the mobile number Vrbo gave me and it did not work. This property needs removing from the lists. »

« Just what we needed, next to a great pub »

« Good as a base for the surrounding areas. Quirky, could do with a refresh, but otherwise very accommodating host and the pub next door does good food & beers »
