Villa Praia Lanzarote Private Pool Playa Blanca has a Private Pool (Heated Optional for 14 euros per day **Dear Guest we need to know at least 2 days before arrival **, Pre-paid- air conditioning, private plot of 300 sq.,2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with one double bed and bathroom en suite a second bedroom with one double bed and a total of 3 Bathrooms. Villa Praia Lanzarote Private Pool Playa Blanca has also a BBQ area, a living room with direct access to the pool area, sat TV, wifi, free parking nearby, a kitchen fully equipped with sunbeds, and a dining area.

The coastline around Playa Blanca is essentially one large 9-kilometer-wide bay which is then broken up into three smaller, but still large, bays. From east to west, these are Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca, and Playa Flamingo. This basic geography means that the beaches in and around Playa Blanca are sheltered and ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Playa Blanca is situated on the south side of Lanzarote and through the years has become the third-largest tourist area on the island. Awarded on various occasions for its beauty, this peaceful and pleasant spot is the ideal place for the whole family to relax. Playa Blanca has a wide range of hotels surrounded by a flourishing service sector: bars, restaurants, businesses… and one of the best recreational sports in Lanzarote. It is also close to the Papagayo Beaches where white sand and crystalline waters wash lap against the rocks. You can find all kinds of restaurants, shops, and bars along the Playa Blanca boardwalk, and the streets running parallel to it, at the edge of the old town. Another area that’s a must to visit is the recreational port, replete with newly constructed facilities of high quality. It also boasts a new shopping center. Among the beaches, those of Dorada and Flamingo stand out for their white sand and proximity to the main hotels in the area.

Nachdem die techn. Mängel behoben und die fehlende Küchenausstattung geliefert wurde waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar um 2:00 Uhr nach Hause kam, wurden wir zwangsläufig wach. Der Pool ist klein, aber ausreichend. Nur die def. Poolabdeckung störte optisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung über WhatsApp war einwandfrei

Host was constantly in touch and welcoming.We had a few things missing and new items were delivered to the villa the next morning.We loved the location of the villa. It was very peaceful and quiet. It was also quite spacious and lots of room outside. We didn't use the pool or the barbecue so can't comment on those.

The photos used to advertise this property are years old and bear no resemblance to how it looks now. Don’t be fooled by these photos as I would suggest they were taken when the property was new in 2006.It is advertised as ‘Villa Praia Lanzarote’ however the name above the door is Villa Ombrosa.The villa is next to a large area of waste ground with lots of litter.There is also a car park next to it which is used by many who do not live in the road including taxi drivers coming and going at all times. The outside of the villa is very dirty, including the pool which can not be covered as the rollout cover has rotted away. A nasty stained plastic table, dirty sun beds a sun awning that you can’t roll in as it hits the wall. Artificial grass covers a broken patio area. A not fit for use life saving ring hangs on the wall which is badly perished. Bad lighting an unkempt garden, a broken gazebo and a rusty broken clothes airer.Inside the villa is a little better but still dirty with stained covers on the sofa.Stained covers and pillows on the bed.A badly broken blackout blind in the bedroom at the front, a broken shutter, light bulbs not working, curtains missing from the large window/doors in the kitchen and nasty stained frying pans.In the kitchen cupboard you will find a poor choice of glasses and mugs.The shower cubicles have black mould in the corners.Overall this villa is unloved and not as advertised.The management company just don’t care!Please avoid.

Difficult to find property in the dark. Particularly when it had two numbers and a different name on the villa to the documentation supplied. Whilst we appreciate that Lanzarote is very dusty we would expect the property to be fairly dust free when we arrived. The furniture was tired, the bedding had stains on it and generally speaking the whole villa could do with an update. There was a lack of glasses in the kitchen to the extent that we went out a bought some, along with some pillows and sunbed cushions that are shown in the pictures but are not at the villa. The air conditioning which is coin operated is extremely expensive. We have experienced coin operated air conditioning in other villas where 1 euro would last all night in the bedroom whereas here it didn't last an hour.
