« Very clean room, excellent helpful owner who picked us up from bus station, close to ancient town. »

« Super hôtel, très bon accueil et service ! »

« Overall property great, staff on arrival for breakfast at door not very helpful with the broken coffee machine and my cup of coffee I tried making. By doing half her job caused an ateration with another customer over who's coffee was ready on the machine »

« Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others. »

« "The experience at the Libo Guesthouse hotel in Yonghun can be rated 5 stars. The room is excellent, very automated, spacious, comfortable, and has a great view. The service is even better. The person who attended to us was extremely kind and provided personalized attention unlike anything I've seen in my previous travels. Thank you." »

« Well located in a quiet area near all attractions, this hotel is good value for money bit has a lot of mosquitoes. The owner is very helpful and the instructions to find the hotel very clear. I recommend »

Nota 1000. »

« Good hotel »

« Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported to front desk, the complaint was met with a shrug. A bit of a walk from the historic area, but a gated walkway serves as a shortcut. »

« A lovely owner that did everything he could to help. Rooms were ok. Beautiful view. But we did not get any cleaning in our 4 days there. We did not even get new towels in bed sheets in 4 days. The garbage was not taken in 4 days either »

« The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we...
