Welcome travellers, to our charming apartment nestled in one of Gozo’s most beautiful spots! Located in the picturesque village of Xaghjra, our home offers stunning views & a serene atmosphere for a peaceful getaway!
The apartment features everything you need for a comfortable stay, it includes 3 spacious bedrooms, an inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private outdoor terrace; perfect spot to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Bedrooms | The apartment features 3 bedrooms , 2 of which include a double bed while the other bedroom features 3 single beds. For over and above 7 guests, we can prepare the sofabed which can take up to 2 additional guests.
Bathrooms | Apart from the full bathroom en-suite, there is also another full bathroom which can be accessible from the living area and it includes a shower, toilet and sink.
Kindly note that toiletries and 2 towels per guests will be included in your stay.

Renting a car offers the most flexibility, allowing you to visit nearby beaches, historical sites, and scenic viewpoints at your own pace. However, taxis and buses are also reliable and convenient for getting around without a vehicle.
Visitors can use Bolt Uber or E-cabs, all of which operate throughout Malta and Gozo. These apps allow you to book rides easily, providing a cashless payment option and transparent pricing. They’re particularly convenient for shorter trips or rides to and from the ferry terminal.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
