« The room was average at best. The check-in person was terrible, didn't talk and not helpful at all. He was not at the check-in desk and had to be called on a phone line. When called he was short and acted annoyed. The pool and hot tube area was not lit up and looked like it wasn't open. Since there was no check in staff available to ask, I couldn't use it. I would look for a different hotel if you have to stay in the area! »

« Stay was great. Place was quiet. Does not have the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom like other hotels. Breakfast was meh. Outside of that it was a decent hotel for a decent rate. »

« St. Croix Suites sounds nice, the pictures look great online, but the property is disgusting and the others who were staying there... Maybe down on their luck or whatever it maybe, gave a off a vibe that you are going to get mugged, and there are drugs being used and sold all over the property. The guy at the front desk, behind what must be bulletproof glass, was a nice guy, but do not stay at this property. The and our room smelled like someone had been smoking in them for three years...

« Property seemed to be in good condition. Only complaint we have is the breakfast was terrible. The pancake machine didn't work, only one working waffle iron, the pop machine was out of order , ice maker was out of order , maybe 6 small slices of bread for toast. Needless to say we didn't get breakfast there. »

« Durant mon séjour, il a fallu que j'aille me plaindre à la réception pour que ma chambre soit nettoyée. »
