« The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query. »

Séjour en famille avec un grand-père handicapé - mais l'ascenseur est en panne pendant plusieurs jours. Alors pénibles et lents trajets dans les escaliers pour accéder à la chambre. De plus, pas de chaise d'évacuation, donc l'hôtel n'est pas aux normes de sécurité légales. Quartier bruyant. Aucun moyen de savoir lors de la réservation que le samedi était soirée de mariage, avec...

« Nice hotel, with very pleasant staff. I had dinner in the evening and it was. good, simple and well prepared The hotel is showing abit of wear and tear. However, late November in the country side, when it is dark and wet, is never a good time to be at ones best. Good stay and good value for money. »
