A recently concluded ‘stage one’ renovation has seen the addition of a new deck, 8-person infinity hot tub, modern, bathroom, carpets, access stairs and a lick of paint. It is fair to say the home has taken a giant leap towards your perfect beach holiday destination.



Regardless of the renovations past and future, two things remain the same. The short 200m stroll to the beach and the views which are truly spectacular. Days are spent marvelling at the ocean and all is every changing beauty whilst debating the idea of a quick dip in the spa, trip to the beach, pub or shops.



The home is compact featuring 2 bedrooms upstairs with main bathroom and open plan living, downstairs you'll find the third bedroom with its own bathroom. Other features include wood fire, off street parking, Nespresso coffee machine, pets welcome and gas bbq.



There is not really much that is not sold by the photos with the expectation of that incredible feeling of being on top of the world. -

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.



Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.



All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
