Sea Ranch has established itself as a highly sought after holiday home on the Great Ocean Road.

Walking into the stylish lightfilled open plan first floor, you feel like you have been transported to another place. You’re just 50 metres above the sea where the sights and sounds of the ocean dissolve away any worries or stresses. This beautifully appointed home invites you to sit, relax and and take it all in. Everything you need for seaside relaxation and adventure is at your fingertips.

Sea Ranch features a generous deck and floor to ceiling ocean-facing glass windows offering 180 degree beach views from Sturt Point to Kennett River and beyond. The clever layout ensures magnificent views wherever you are in the house; whether it be preparing meals in the state of the art kitchen, lazing in one of the two well appointed living areas, hanging out on one of the generous decks, lazing in any of the four bedrooms or even soaking in the ensuite bath. A gas log fire upstairs provides warmth and atmosphere without the hassle of an open fire. The downstairs living area also presents the opportunity for a separate area of retreat or cosy kids area. The main bedroom & ensuite are worthy of a five star retreat, with private unspoilt views to dream of. Leave the blinds open at night and feel like you're sleeping with the stars.

Despite having the amenities and privacy of an indulgent retreat, Sea Ranch is actually in close proximity to all that Wye River has to offer. The renowned Wye River Hotel, the Wye River General Store and Cafe and of course the beach are all within 600 metres of the front door. A few hundred metres further up the mountain is the gate to the scenic Great Otway National Park, and bushwalk through to Kennett River.

Sea Ranch itself offers a nature based experience as good as anywhere on the Great Ocean Road. It’s not uncommon to see seals playing in the waves just beyond the rocks, and whales migrate past Wye Point every winter, truly a sight to behold! All manner of Australian fauna have made themselves at home in the surrounding trees, including koalas, King Parrots, Rosellas, Cockatoos and Kookaburras. Echidnas also make an appearance regularly, meandering through the garden.

Wye River is the ultimate location to stay on the Great Ocean Road, with easy access for endless opportunities for experiencing all that The Great Ocean Road and the Otway Ranges has to offer.

There are two TVs, in both of the living areas with Apple TV, DVD players, and free Wifi network to access app streaming options for Netflix or free to air on demand channels. Or have a digital detox and watch the everchanging views. A Sonos speaker provides your favorite listening, or take it downstairs to the ensuite bath in the window as your soundtrack to the waves.

The well equipped kitchen has a statement island bench and is very well equipped, with electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine (coffee beans provided) and a Weber BBQ on the deck.

Pricing
All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay, so that we have accurate booking information prior to your arrival.

The house is located in a residential area with other homes and holiday houses. All guests are to be respectful of the neighbours and street, including following the parking directions provided with the arrival instructions.
