"The hotel is comfortable and very well located. However, there is no free access to either a swimming pool or a gym, which is extremely misleading. Both the pool and the gym are clearly shown in the hotel photos — the pool is even displayed as the second photo in the hotel description. In reality, access to the pool requires an additional fee, and the same applies to the gym. This is unacceptable and very disappointing, as these facilities are presented as part of the hotel experience when they are not included."
