The Space:
The unique flat is happy to accommodate 4 people and is located in a modern residential area. It has an area of 50 m2, making it very spacious and ideal for a stay with family or friends. It consists of a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The balcony as well as the entire building have lovely colourful accents. The decoration of the flat in light colours, with elements made of wood, makes for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The living room has a sofa bed, designed to sleep two people, as well as a large TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a desk with a chair to enable our guests to take care of their business duties. Internet access in the form of WIFI has also been provided. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with all necessary accessories, as well as a table for sharing meals. The cosy bathroom has a modern shower cubicle, washing machine, towels and toiletries. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage, included in the booking price.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in a charming green area, in Wrocław's Jagodno, on Stanisława Drabika Street. Right next to it is the beautifully landscaped Wojszycki Park, where you can enjoy spending time surrounded by nature. It is an ideal location for those who appreciate peace and proximity to nature. At the same time, the neighbourhood is very well connected and can be reached from other parts of the city. The nearest bus stop is only 300 metres from the flat, there is also a train station 1 km away. Many local restaurants, cafés and grocery shops are available in the area. Not far away from the flat is the Brochów Aquapark, which will be a great place to exercise, relax and spend some quality time with the family. Wrocław offers many attractions such as the Market Square, the Partynice horse racing track or the famous Zoo. Each of these places can be easily reached by public transport, staying in our flat.
