La Ola has been professionally designed by Casa Del Sol in collaboration with Galarde Interiors, resulting in a bright, calming space that’s both stylish and welcoming. The interior features a soothing coastal palette, warm wood tones, and handpicked décor that reflects the relaxed elegance of seaside living. Natural textures, modern lighting, and thoughtful details give the unit a breezy yet refined aesthetic.



Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to prepare meals at home, a comfortable living area perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, and a spa-like bathroom with upgraded fixtures and a sleek, modern design. Both bedrooms are outfitted with plush bedding and quality linens, ensuring restful nights and lazy mornings. Guest Access:

This unit is located on the ground floor of a four-unit property. Two units are on the ground level and two are upstairs, each with their own private entrance and designated parking space. You’ll have full access to your unit and assigned parking during your stay, along with convenient proximity to beach access points and the surrounding neighborhood.



The building’s layout allows for a more residential, peaceful experience—perfect for those who appreciate a quiet beach retreat while still being close to all the action.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach, La Ola places you in one of the most beloved spots on the island. For those bringing a vehicle, your reserved parking space offers added convenience during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.

6. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)
