Spectaculaires vue imprenable sur l'océan sont à vous pour profiter de la terrasse couverte avec mobilier confortable, salle à manger et barbecue au gaz.

    Faire la préparation des repas un plaisir dans la cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils haut de gamme, y compris convection / micro-ondes, et à vapeur pour les fruits ou les légumes. Le salon / salle de cuisine ouverte salon / avec plafond voût�� est le lieu de rencontre idéal pour la famille et les amis. Perfect location and well-supplied kitchen

We loved our stay here- the location is perfect, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for any type of cooking, and the response time for any repairs was fast. Highly recommended choice!

Beach front. It cannot get better than that. Pricey? Yes, but well worth the view. Plus there is a long porch with plenty of chairs and a full size table for eight. Even a less than optimal weather day was great. The property was as advertised. The private elevator was a plus. Also, one of the reasons I rented this property was for the elsewhere unheard of four parking spaces!! We had an issue with two shower drains clogged, but the hosting real estate company quickly sent someone out and fixed the issue.Cons:The cleaning service could spend a little more time cleaning. There was a sticky area on one end of the kitchen counter. We came across a couple of dust/hair balls rolling across the floor. Suggestion: Every other VRBO I have stayed in had a folder or booklet containing everything needed to know, including the house rules, such as what to do when checking out (pull sheets, what to do with towels, etc). This would have also, if it existed, included instructions for the elevator. The elevator instructions were only posted inside the elevator. So, if you initially have problems, guess what?Recommend? Absolutely! We most definitely enjoyed our stay. Also, it was only about 20 minutes from the airport. Another plus.

Wrightsville Beach is the perfect for your family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Aldridge oceanfront duplex for 3 weeks in August, 2021. We were disappointed in several things during our stay.1. All dishes and utensils in cabinets and drawers were dirty, Everything had to be rewashed.2. The dishwasher does not clean properly. You have to clean all items before you put them into the dishwasher.3. The internet continues to drop off and you can not conduct any type of business or game using the internet. Repeated service calls did not change the problem.4. Other than the TV in the living room no other TV's work in the 3 bedrooms.5. Master shower door gets stuck and is very hard to get out of shower.6. All showers have mold. It is terrible.7.Bedspreads and dining table cloth need to be cleaned.8. No key to downstairs door to get to elevator. Have to use a side door to get in or walk 3 flights to get into condo then take the elevator down to ground floor.

Repeat Vacation at Aldridge House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several vacation stays at the Aldridge house over the years. Location is perfect. House is perfect. Furnishings need to be updated & house thoroughly cleaned. Sofa in sitting area is very uncomfortable for anyone but especially older folks. TV worked great in sitting area. TV in 2 main bedrooms did not work. Hope owners will take an interest in updating furnishings & a thorough cleaning before next year. May need a new cleaning crew. And microwave needs to be replaced & shower door fixed. In spite of these minor issues, we had an enjoyable week and will probably pick this house again due to location.

Nice appliances but the indoor grill was useless because the high end hood does not work!!! Horrkble meral scrapping metal noise. Outdoor shower had barely a trickle of water. Mattresses wete very comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked. Best of all : no bugs inside!!!!
