The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests, with a king-size bed in the ensuite bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. One bedroom has its own ensuite walk-in shower, while the main bathroom includes both a full-size bath and a separate walk-in shower, making the layout particularly convenient for couples, families or friends travelling together.

The spacious open-plan living area gives everyone plenty of room to relax. There’s a large corner sofa, Smart TV, dining area and contemporary kitchen, with full-height glazed doors leading directly onto the private balcony.


The living space
The lounge, dining area and kitchen form one large, sociable space filled with natural light from the glazed doors and skylights.

The dining table can be extended and additional chairs are provided, making it easy for everyone to sit down together for breakfast, dinner or a takeaway after a day on the coast.

The kitchen is fully equipped for weekends away and longer stays, with an induction hob, Neff ovens, integrated microwave function, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and generous worktop space.

There’s also an instant boiling-water tap, so making tea or coffee is quick and easy without waiting for a kettle.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, fresh linen, storage, mirrored wardrobe, TV and its own private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed, its own TV, storage and a dedicated desk area. Velux windows bring plenty of natural light into the room.

The main bathroom includes a full-size bath, a separate walk-in shower, floating vanity, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail.

The ensuite has its own walk-in shower, vanity and modern fittings.

With two bathrooms available, guests have plenty of space to get ready without everyone needing to use the same room.


Private balcony and sea views
The private balcony is one of the apartment’s standout features.

It has outdoor lounge seating and dining space, with open views towards the sea. It’s a great spot for breakfast outside, an afternoon drink or simply relaxing after a day exploring the coast.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, and the private balcony.

A dedicated off-street parking space is included with your stay.

You’ll also have access to the washing machine, ironing facilities, clothes drying rack and other household equipment provided within the apartment.

A small number of cupboards are kept locked for housekeeping and property supplies. Everything else provided for guests is yours to use during your stay.


Other things to note
The apartment is on the top floor and is accessed via a short flight of internal stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests who require step-free access.

Its distinctive roof design means there are also sloped ceilings in a few areas of the apartment. Taller guests should take a little extra care around the lower sections of the eaves.

One dedicated off-street parking space is included. It is immediately beside the building and only around 3 metres from the communal entrance, making arrival and unloading luggage straightforward.

Additional free on-street parking is also usually available nearby.

The apartment uses self check-in. Once inside the communal building, the apartment door is fitted with an electronic keypad, so there are no keys to collect or arrange.
