« Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill. »
« Beautiful rustic guest house with original interior furnishings, like going back in time. Do not stay here if you expect something like a travelodge!! Facilities were fine, decent WiFi and shower, and host very helpful and makes breakfast for visitors »
« This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth.

« Great location for Punting tours on the river & visiting the oldest university colleges and the museum. Bar was closed at 5pm so two glasses of very average Chardonnay cost £30 from the restaurant !!! Great front desk staff. »
