« We had a great short break at The Cottage. It has everything you could need, kitchen very well equipped, comfortable bed and thoughtful touches such as the automatic nightlights. The location is very peaceful. We were very lucky on our arrival day that the weather was amazing and we had a lovely time sitting in the pretty, tranquil garden watching birds and butterflies and then listening to an owl once it went dark. Definitely coming back! »

« We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the kingfisher Shepherds hut. If your looking to stay please bare in mind that the hut is very small, there is very limited kitchen supplies, ie no oven, microwave or decent sized freezer. Unfortunately lots of flys got into our hut which we had to sleep with as we had no repellent and no nets were provided. It is a bit of a faff having to heat your own hot tub and sauna, building the fire and keeping it alight for atleast 2hrs is hard work...

When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. The accommodation is set in a wonderful garden, which is currently a celebration of seasonal colours ,and we were greeted by a very hospitable owner, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. « We didn’t have hot water for our stay but the weather was nice all weekend so not too much of an issue. Never received the email with the check in number but thankfully the golf course staff were very helpful nearby. Overall it was well priced and in a great location for easy access to Hereford whilst still being in the countryside. Very peaceful location and friendly neighbours. Our two dogs had a great time staying there too! »
