« We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back! »

« The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no property parking but street parking was easy to find. Local establishments (restaurants, bars, etc.) are only a few blocks away. Loved the original aesthetics of the building. It was obviously very old, but well kept. It was quiet and convenient. Parking was a little tricky- would be nice to have that info upon booking. All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! « This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! »

« I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. »
