« Unfortunately, our stay was marked by a series of frustrating issues from the very beginning. We were initially given the wrong code to access the house, and it took just over 45 minutes to receive a response and obtain the correct one. Later that first night, we discovered there were no washcloths or hand towels in the upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told to check the master bathroom closet, where we were able to find some.There were also numerous light bulbs burned out throughout...
