« Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. »

« Got to admit I was a bit dubious upon booking the room as it is a university campus but after reading the reviews felt better about it. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful, especially when we had no towels in the room, they made sure the towels were in the room ready upon our return. The room is basic but clean and presentable, somewhere to put your head down and shower. It’s also as the reviews say very easy to get to and from Wembley stadium. »

After receiving no communication from the owner (should be 2-3days in advance of arrival) we had to reach out to VRBO Care for assistance who did a great job of getting the owner to provide us with check in information an hour later.We arrived at the property to find that it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and guests had just left. « Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent. Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights. Highly recommend this...

"The proximity of the hotel to Terminal 4 and the reasonable price is the main reasons we chose the Premier Inn, the staff were very helpful checking us in as we had problems connecting to the local network and we were really impressed with the full breakfast option. I highly recommend if you are in transit at Heathrow Terminal 4."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."
