« I have been very disappointed by the service at the hotel. While there was no water in the hotel in the morning (not possible to take a shower) due to a breakdown, we have not been offered bottled water nor any compensations. »

« Generally à perfectly fine room. However, the washroom is small, especially the toilet. »

« V clean and central. Good communication with the owner »

Great to have access to a kitchen and loved coffee machine. It was all very clean and well appointed. Inside building nice and quiet but due to being close to a main...

« Perfect overnight and welcoming stay and fabulous breakfast »

« Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry! »
