« I have been very disappointed by the service at the hotel. While there was no water in the hotel in the morning (not possible to take a shower) due to a breakdown, we have not been offered bottled water nor any compensations. »

« You get very good instructions how to find the place, keys and location. It is self check in so I didn’t meet any staff. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Some items felt less maintained like desk and small shelf were a bit wobbly. Mattress was also a bit worn out, i have problems with my back and prefer more firm mattress. « Generally à perfectly fine room. However, the washroom is small, especially the toilet. »
