The bright and inviting living area offers two comfortable sofas and a TV for streaming your favourite shows, with split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The well-equipped kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, full-sized fridge and generous bench space for easy meal preparation. Gather around the four-seater dining table for a leisurely breakfast before heading out to explore the coast.

Make the most of sunny days in your private backyard, where an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ set the scene for memorable alfresco meals. Beyond, a grassy lawn offers a peaceful spot to bask in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh coastal air.

Both bedrooms offer queen beds, bedside lighting and blackout blinds for restful nights. The primary bedroom features a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails, while the second bedroom offers a leafy outlook towards the backyard. The modern bathroom includes a shower over the bathtub, vanity, hair dryer and essential toiletries, while a private laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds convenience.

Two on-site parking spaces are available for guests. Please use only the designated parking spaces and avoid visitor parking or spaces allocated to other residents.

Please note: The apartment is located within a small, quiet group of residences, and guests are kindly asked to respect neighbouring residents by keeping noise to a minimum. Access is via a narrow driveway. The TV does not have an antenna; however, guests can enjoy their favourite shows through streaming services using the available Wi-Fi.
