We were not able to check-in as there was no one at the front desk. Waited 16 minutes along with another person and a food delivery person!!
Hotel not clean from the view at the front desk.
HELP-

« Ms. H had outstanding customer service at check in. The property was nice and smelled good, rooms were clean and I liked that the rooms had Dove hygiene products. The hot tub was big and the water was perfect. It could use a little TLC. There was a small crack.on the floor.of the pool and the door did not work with the.card reader, the clerk had to climb through the window in the gym to open it. »
