Sir Lake-a-Lot set up his condo for creating family memories year after year! Situated on beautiful Lake Delton with two balconies overlooking the beach, our guests can relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Located near all of the area attractions this property is perfect for families, couples, or that annual girl`s getaway.
Indoor & outdoor (seasonal) pools, pickleball courts, hot tubs and an exclusive beach will ensure year-round fun!
This is a beach front property in Lighthouse Cove with great views from both the second and third floor balcony. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing on the docks. This unit does not come with a boat slip. Noah`s Ark waterpark is less than a 10-minute walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.
This unit is located on the second and third floors. For reference, the parking lot is on the third floor, and the front door is on the second floor so you will go down one flight of stairs to enter the condo.

You`ll have full access to the condo, the beach, patios w/ grills, picnic tables, indoor and outdoor pools and more! The only notable things on-site that are not accessible to the guests are the clubhouse, gym, and sauna.
We leave our guests alone for a hassle-free experience but can be available if needed.
Lighthouse Cove is a multi-use property that consists of permanent residents, weekenders and rental guests.
• Minimum Age. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property
• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Visitors beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited 6
• Parking. Guests may park only TWO vehicles building side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass containers be used, stored or carried into the pool room or into the fenced outdoor pool area. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool and spa areas. All diving and running in pool and spa areas is prohibited. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
