This newly remodeled premier condo sits atop of beautiful Lake Delton, with two levels of patios overlooking the serene and peaceful beauty of the lake and surrounding area. Ideally located near many activities that the Dells area has to offer, including many great restaurants, concert halls, shopping, and of course the indoor and outdoor water parks! Enjoy the close proximity to Noah's Ark - save on parking with just a short 4 minute walk. In town for one of the many great sporting events run by Just a Game? Your condo is only minutes away and gives you and your players a much better chance of a good night’s sleep to perform at a high level.
This large 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a family getaway, friends reconnecting, or a couple’s trip. The two-story condo provides many advantages over a single level space, including creating quiet areas for children or guests looking to relax.
The condo is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds & Smart TV’s for relaxing after a long day playing in the Dells!
You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the dining and family rooms. The condo has an indoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment throughout winter, along with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy dinner and drinks poolside. In the summer you can also use the private beach, outdoor pool/hot tub, and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat or renting a boat while in the Dells, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability).

Guests have access to everything except the sauna and gym which are reserved for the owners at Lighthouse Cove only.
Lighthouse Cove is a mixed-use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekenders, and rental units. It is in a quiet spot on the lake but just a couple blocks from the excitement of the Wisconsin Dells Pkwy. Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests.
Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:
Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unity may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios.
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons.
Parking. Guests may park only one vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.
Person on reservation must be 21 years old or needs to be preapproved by host.
Smoking, pets, and excessive cleaning will result in financial penalties and/or eviction.

This was a great condo for us to stay in...plenty of room, loved the double balconies, and full kitchen. Location is great with easy access to Lake Delton, Noahs Ark, Dells activities. Enjoyed the pickleball courts and hot tub on property as well. Hosts provided lots of info and checked in with us to make sure things were going well. Will certainly consider staying here again on a future trip to the Dells.

This condo's location is wonderful! We could walk to Noah's Ark. We purchased Noah's Ark tickets from the home owners which let us in on multiple days---a huge plus for our grandkids and ourselves. The kitchen was well appointed. There was a large TV in each bedroom and the living room. We used the outdoor and indoor swimming pools which were great. We didn't have time to use the beach but we walked down there and it looked really nice. Would stay again!

Relaxing Girls Weekend!
Condo was perfect for lots of relaxing conversation and board games. Kitchen well stocked enough for us to make our own dinner. Bed was very comfy! Really great location! We were here in January, so access to beach not really important:) but for the summer, this spot would be amazing! So close to the strip in the Dells, you could walk or bike to a lot! Everything was just as pictured, and we had a lovely stay.

We had some problems with the air conditioner. The host responded immediately and had repairmen out as soon as possible. Things happen, but we couldn’t have asked for more responsive hosts. They even refunded us the days we were hot. Normally not a problem but in the upper 90s the days we rented. Condo is in a great location. We saved $25 parking by walking to Noah’s Arc. Very clean. Loved the double balconies with lake view.

This condo was even better than described! It had everything you needed and more! The beds were super comfortable and the 2 patios were so nice to sit out at night! It was quiet and having 2 separate levels was great! The complex pool was nice and clean and the beach area was very nice! The living room was very comfortable.

3 night stay - perfect amount of time to venture around town.
The condo was nice and the owners very helpful and quick to respond to my questions.
I might suggest providing additional pots with lids, basic seasonings and maybe some paper plates. Other than that we had everything we needed. Check in and out was very simple. We definitely would rent again.

Fantastic place, with just a couple minor issues
Overall, my partner and I adored the place! The popcorn and other little gifts on the kitchen counter were a nice welcoming gift. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we could need. The property was adorable and the beds were comfy, and all the sheets and towels clean and comfortable. The internet/wi-fi worked well. The dimmer switch lights made everything nice and cozy. The only criticism I have is that the water boiler ran out of hot water well before the jacuzzi tub could be adequately filled, and that it took a considerable amount of time for enough hot water to be generated to finish filling it. The Lighthouse Cove communal hot tub was also cold at 8 am when we used it, colder than the actual pool, which was a bit disappointing. We also couldn’t get either of the fireplaces to work. I don’t know if they were disabled seasonally, and I didn’t ask, so I’m not holding it against anyone. The only other criticism was the 10 am checkout time, which we found differs from the norm at most other properties (normally 11 am) and the extra hour to prepare for departure would have been appreciated. We still had an amazing time, and everything was fantastic for the most part. Our hosts were also communicative and responsive, and the documents they prepared to handle FAQs were perfect. Thanks for a great time! We would definitely stay there again sometime.

Great Vacation
The condo was exceptionally clean, tidy, and felt like home and was close to so many attractions. The highlight for our family was the pool and hot tub, which were both clean and relaxing. Communication with Christopher was quick.
Our only complaints were that several of the lounge chairs at the pool and the beach were cracked and broken and unusable and that there are no dressers or shelves to keep our clothes. We stayed for 5 nights, and it was not the best to have to live out of our suitcases for the time were there. Would definitely stay here again.
