This 1500 sq ft condo is setup for families, couples, girl's weekends or those annual golf trips. It is everything a lakefront getaway in the Dells should be. Situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a huge 3rd story balcony overlooking the water, our guests can relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Located near all of the area attractions. This is parking lot level so...NO STAIRS outside or inside!

In & outdoor pools with hot tubs and an exclusive beach will ensure year-round fun!

This is a waterfront property in Lighthouse Cove with a great view. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonally) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing on the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is less than a 10-minute walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Master Bath, Roku TV, Walk-in Closet & Door to Patio; Master bathroom has a large wide opening shower that may be perfect for those with a physical disability. Feel free to ask more questions.

Lighthouse Cove is a mixed use property consisting of full-time residents, weekenders, and renters. It is a quiet spot on the lake but just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of Wisconsin Dells Pkwy.
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years old or has to be preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.

• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.

No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The rental was very clean and comfortable for our family. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking Lake Delton where we spent lots of time enjoying the weather and the view. We were also very thankful to have a boat slip so we could easily enjoy a boat ride whenever we wanted without the hassle of taking the boat on and off the lake. Everything about our stay was top notch. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Stay

This is a great property in a fantastic location. Who doesn't like waking up next to a lake? Came here with wife, teen daughter and the grandparents and had a wonderful time. Really hard to beat the property itself. It was a thoughtful interior which we do not always see in a VRBO and really felt like a home away from home while we were there. Chris (prop manager) is fantastic and provides some of the best pre-trip communication I have received on this platform.

Relaxing and Peaceful Getaway

Property was immaculate with a beautiful view of the lake. Condo has everything you would ever need for your stay. Communication with host was wonderful with immediate response. Location to activities was perfect - you have everything you would ever want to do within walking distance or a short drive. Great Location, Roomy Condo

Stayed here for some winter skiing at Cascade and Devil’s Head. Place was clean, spacious, and well located. Pool and hot tub are just across the parking lot so access was easy. Had a question for the host and the response was immediate. Would stay again.

Clean, well equipped condo on the lake. Comfortable beds, relatively quiet neighbors. Only oddity was when we moved an outside decoration indoors because it was banging against the house in the wind and the owner ‘ring messaged’ us to put it back as we were leaving. Overall good place to go

Family Getaway

We had a great stay at the Lakefront Haven Condo. Can’t wait to come back! Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked and relaxing. The view from the balcony was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there every evening watching the boats and the wildlife. Can’t beat the location and SUPER clean.

We stayed two nights (2 adults and 2 kids). It was perfect. SUPER clean and quiet. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cups, plates, etc and ninja coffee maker. It’s 5 min to most of the touristy stuff and restaurants. The only issue was spotty internet. If you have kids that require fast internet, you may need to bring a hot spot. This didn’t interfere with our stay as the condo had board games and we used the beach area and pool. Would definitely stay again. Chris was an amazing host and super responsive.

Lakefront Haven of Sunsets

We had an amazing stay at the Lakefront Haven Condo, on beautiful Lake Delton. Property was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Top notch view of the lake and beach at Lighthouse Cove. The property offers easy to access Weber gas grills for cooking out as well. We had timely communication from Christopher and clear directions to everything inside and outside of the property.
