The Dells Lakefront Escape is perfect for a quick getaway as a couple or bring the kids. The property was completely remodeled in 2018 and is situated right on beautiful Lake Delton in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Dells. The property has both indoor and outdoor (open seasonally only) pools and hot tubs for your year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks or the ice.

This is a lake front property in Lighthouse Cove. It is located near the indoor pool and the beach. The condo has indoor and outdoor (open seasonally only) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah's Ark waterpark is a 7 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Lighthouse Cove is a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells on beautiful Lake Delton.
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests.

Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:

Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unity may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios.

Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years old or be preapproved by host.

Parking. Guests may park only one vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.

Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS

Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.

Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.

Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.

Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.

Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.

Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife

Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills.

Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.

Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.

Smoking, pets, and excessive cleaning will result in financial penalties and/or eviction.

This newly renovated property was perfect for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves (or decide not to). Being right on the lake was a great perk. Loved having my coffee on the front porch watching the fish jump. We brought our poles and caught some small perch, a small bass and a small catfish. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a great temperature and fully adequate. Not the excitement of nearby resort pools. But we’re clean and warm. The only drawback may be the loud sump pump? That runs in the bedroom. I was fully able to sleep through it, as did my partner, but it is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

It was the perfect place to experience the dells, while not staying at one of the hotels. It was on the lake, and the view was so beautiful. Perfect for our two night get away with my boyfriend and I. I would definitely stay there again.

Just a quick stay for 2 nights, but so very nice to be right on the water. Close proximity to dining options and a great area to take a walk. Just know that you need to park and walk down the stairs to see the condo number since it is on the lower floor facing the lake.

Unit was very clean, well stocked kitchen with like new pots, pans, plates, utensils, large bathroom and shower. Nice porch where you can enjoy a view of the lake, short walk to the private beach. The host was very responsive. Two things I didn't see mentioned in other reviews. One is that the floors are extremely cold, the unit is on the ground floor and is cool at night, you need socks which you might not have for a summer stay. Not a big deal, just bring socks to wear inside. The other issue was that there was a sump pump located outside/behind the unit which you can hear from the bedroom. It rained the third day and the sump pump was running loudly all night making a loud thump every two minutes, and it made sleeping very difficult. I notified the host in case it was a problem with the pump, hopefully it got fixed!

Beautiful condo—everything so well designed, decorated and well appointed amenities—furniture, tv screens, electric fireplace, walk-in bathroom shower, cabinets, kitchen appliances and stocking, comfortable bed and porch furniture. We loved it and plan to return again. Manager was very accommodating to restore internet after it went out during a nighttime storm. Enjoyed the great weather sitting on the covered patio and watching the eagles soar over Lake Delton. Special dinner at Ishnala, a little shopping, movie night in the condo, peaceful, quiet reading time and a perfect get away weekend. Please pass on our appreciation and thank you to the owners.
