Beachtop Condo at Delton Grand - Waterfront

Upgrade to our Noah's Ark package after booking!

The Beachtop Condo is a top floor, lakefront, unit with amazing views of the beach and lake from its large back sliding door and private balcony. This property is perfect for two couples or a family.

You will enjoy using our indoor (year-round) and outdoor (seasonal) pools, indoor hot tub, and fire pit. The gas fire pit overlooks the lake and is a great spot to unwind in the evening.

Perfectly situated waterfront and perched above one of the two beaches, this condo is easily accessed up a single flight of stairs (indoors) from the parking lot. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah's Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (.4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Delton Grand is a quiet, lakefront, neighborhood in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells. The property is mixed use, consisting of vacation rentals, residents, and weekenders. The neighborhood is a reasonable walk to some of the finest restaurants in the area.

DELTON GRAND GUEST RENTAL RULES
Delton Grand is a premier condo association located on Lake Delton and is comprised of
privately owned condos. Delton Grand allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy
the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their
families, long term tenants as well as fellow-guests.
Excessive noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply
with local or federal laws may result in Guest/Guests, the Rental Party and any others
permitted on property by rental Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property
manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following
Homeowners Association Rules:
● Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unit may use
the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios.
● Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to the size of the condo. Occupancy limits are listed in each of the unit listings and guests are encouraged to look at each unit
occupancy limit to ensure the unit can accommodate their party/family. Guests exceeding the capacity limit of the unit will be asked to leave. Refer to rental management rules for possible violation fees.
● Parking. Parking passes will be given for each unit rented. 1 Vehicle allowed for 1-bedroom units. 2 vehicles allowed for 2 or 3 bedroom units. Penthouse units 313 and 314 have assigned underground parking for 4 tandem parking spaces. 100 and 200 unit condos have 2 car garage that maybe available for guest use. No parking permitted for boats, trailers, RVs or any other recreational vehicles on property parking lots. Street parking is available and guests must adhere to local ordinance for street parking. Vehicles may be towed if they are not adhering to these rules. Parking passes must be clearly visible inside the vehicle to avoid towing.
● Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS permitted on the property for all guests.
● Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and mindful of other guests staying overnight.
● Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
● Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
● Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
● Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible
for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk
of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
● Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
● Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
● Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot (parking garage for 300 building). Do not put large trash in common area trash cans such as the one by the grills.
● Docks. Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
● Boat Slips. Slips are leased to individual condo owners only. Guests can use the dock for pick-up and drop-off ONLY. NO docking boats to pier and NO boats can be left overnight. Association may fine guests $250 a night for violation of overnight parking.

The condo was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. We swam in the lake, in the outdoor pool and in the indoor pool! (the whirlpool) Very nice! The view off the spacious balcony was the best part!

Exceeded expectations and very comfortable

We had a girls college reunion weekend - just two of us. The property owners were very easy to work with and responded in minutes. I usually don't sleep well the first night away from home but I slept really well staying at this property. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding was very soft and comfortable. The couch and other furniture is very nice and looks new. The view is spectacular. There is a comfortable electric recliner. The bathroom is large. They had a fully stocked kitchen. But I forgot to bring coffee filters. The owners were very kind and responded quickly. They brought coffee filters for me right away. We were very happy with the property and it exceeded our expectations.We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! very soft

Wonderful condo on Lake Delton!

The condo was beautiful. The view of the lake from the living room and balcony are breathtaking. Tons of space. Fullsize appliances. The King size bed was super comfortable. The teens said the other beds where a bit on the hard side and not very comfortable. Im not sure if that is because of thier preferences or the bed itself. Nothing a little bit of extra padding couldnt fix. We did bring our own blankets and towels as it was suggested in the booking confirmation as they only have thinner blakets on the beds and Nothing extra. And only 1 set of towels per person. Also, they supply 2 rolls of toilet paper (which is also disclosed at booking) so bring extra like we did. The owners are in contact throught the process and have quick responses. We didnt have any issues that came up during our stay but they were helpful with suggestions of local attractions and restaurants. And responded quickly anytime we messaged them.We really enjoyed the location, view, and the condo over all. We will definitely look at renting here again in the future.

Beautiful condo

I loved the condo, very spacious for our group of 6. It was very clean . The shower had endless hot water for the 6 of us. And the jets in the shower was amazing. Only thing i would suggest is more mirrors. There is only the bathroom mirror so hard for people to get ready for an outing but other than that we were happy with our stay!
