You only have access to two crappy outdoor pools that open whenever the staff wants to, but close right at 7pm. Zero access to the indoor/outdoor waterparks, I was told we were getting wristbands but front desk said nope! They do not sell day passes either. The code to get in was 10 digits long and turning a knob a million ways, which was time consuming. Customer service was a AI bot that couldn’t answer our simple questions. The room was spacious but kids were quite bored since we couldn’t do much on property. I feel ripped off for the amount of money we spent here just to sit around and watch people go to the water parks which were right next to us.

Check-in is not through the resort, so we wasted time going to front-desk - this was not clear. Once we realized check-in was 100% through an app we were able to check-in, however, the location of the unit was not clear either. After 45 minutes of walking around and searching we finally found where the room was located. Another 30 minutes of trying to find a cart and then get to the room - total check-in time was nearly 1.5 hours! Listing said we would have access to a lazy river, pool, and wave pool. They fail to mention that THESE ARE FOR BABIES/TODDLERS! Seriously, the lazy river is actually 1 foot deep and is so small that our 8 year old was TOO BIG to use it.... Literally made for toddlers and babies. Same goes for the wave pool - it is a wave pool for little kids. This was very frustrating as our kids were unable to do any swimming due to this. When I tried to communicate with the host through the app all I received in response was AI responses! When I told them the wifi was down, the ai wrote back to tell me to unplug the router! The resort router!!?? I mean, it was absolutely ridiculous and I literally was unable to speak with a host at all - it was all ai. So, in the event of an issue or emergency do not expect this host to actually respond - their ai will respond to you and it will be useless. Suite was nice and clean but TVs were the smallest tvs ever. Will never stay with "VueStay Wisconsin" ever again.
