From the balcony you look out at the ski jump and ski lift. Golfhof 11 sleeps up to four guests and offers a spacious living area and a dining table with wooden furniture made by a local carpenter. The balcony can be reached from both the living room and the bedroom.

The separate bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed with two mattresses. The living room has two single fold-down wall beds; at night the living room is also used as a bedroom.

In the living room you can sit together on the sofa and two armchairs. There is a TV with Netflix access and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. There is no oven and no dishwasher.

The shower room and toilet are in separate rooms. The residential complex has a shared indoor pool and a sauna. The pool is free; the sauna costs €2 per 30 minutes and is coin-operated. Pool and sauna are open daily 8 am–12:30 pm and 3–7:30 pm; please also check current notices.

You check in independently via the smart lock from 3 pm; check-out is by 10 am. You receive the access details and a short introduction video before arrival. Children are welcome. The apartment is not fully childproofed.

The apartment is entirely yours for your stay. The indoor pool (free) and sauna (€2 / 30 min, coins) are shared with other guests of the complex. Ski room in the basement for shared use — please also secure your bikes with your own lock. Free parking right at the building.

The golf course is right next door. Within walking distance: the Landal park restaurant, the ski area with "Möppis Hütte", ski rental, ski school and ski lifts. Winterberg town centre is about 2 km away — on foot via a pleasant path through the ski area or 5 minutes by car.

We recommend arriving by car. Free parking right at the building. Winterberg station is about 2.6 km away and in principle walkable; 5 minutes by taxi.
