The open-concept main living area features comfortable seating, large windows that bring the outdoors in, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group. The dining area provides plenty of space for family dinners, game nights, or planning the next day's adventures.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

The primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and offers a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring everything Winter Park has to offer. For guests who need to stay connected while away, the suite also includes a dedicated workspace with a 22-inch monitor, along with a keyboard and mouse, making it easy to catch up on work or attend virtual meetings without sacrificing your vacation.

We want to ensure our guests are as comfortable as possible during their stay. While this home does not have central air conditioning, the mountain climate typically provides cool evenings and comfortable overnight temperatures. For added comfort during the warmer summer months, fans are provided in each bedroom.
The home is also equipped with a whole-house fan, which is an excellent way to cool the home naturally. For the best results, wait until the outside temperature drops into the 60s, then open the screened doors on the second and third floors and turn the whole-house fan to High. The fan moves a significant amount of cool evening air through the home, helping to lower the indoor temperature quickly.
The whole-house fan switch is located in the primary bedroom.

This property uses our Triple Sheet Method, where two sheets completely encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover is freshly laundered between every guest, providing an extra clean and comfortable sleeping experience.
