Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Excellent condo.
The condo was perfect for a family of four especially the queen bunk beds for our boys. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The living room was surprisingly spacious with plenty of seating including enough for when our friends stopped by.

Great stay!
The location was fantastic! The rental is spacious. Loved the openness as well as two full bathrooms. The ski locker and convenient parking were pluses. This is almost as close to the ski hill as you can stay. Such an easy, quick walk to the gondola.

Great for Skiing
The property was comfortable and had great access to the base area of Winter Park. Parking is an additional fee that requires a reservation through a third party (approximately a week ahead). We received notification from the property management with details before the stay and the reservation process was straight-forward.

Clean and beautiful
The facility and amenities were very clean. The bed that I stayed in was a memory foam mattress that had a huge hole in the middle and was way too soft. I ended up sleeping on the couch for the whole trip.
The mountain itself was nice, employees were delightful, courteous, and super eager to help with anything. The chairlifts were clean and the Lifties were good at their jobs, kept it running smoothly.

Location is great, condo is beautiful only reason not a 5 star is the mattresses on the double bunk beds are bad. I had to sleep on the living room couch (which is not a pull out couch) and there is no tv in either bedroom but the tv in the living room is huge and wonderful!

Cozy and convenient for a powdery Christmas
We stayed in this unit over Christmas and really enjoyed ourselves. There was plenty of space for myself, my partner, and my parents, and we could've fit more. It was very cold during our stay so the gas fireplace was great to have. We had everything we needed in the unit's kitchen and enjoyed visiting the hot tub after getting off the slopes. It certainly didn't hurt that we were lucky enough to have two days of powder during our stay. Other fun and useful bits were walkable access to everything at Winter Park's base, including Après and the Christmas Eve fireworks and light show. There are stops on the free local shuttle - the Lift - just outside the building, for easy access to the town of Winter Park and Fraser. Shuttle rides to and from the airport were a huge help as well. Would recommend!

Great apartment for large group ski trip
We were a large group of adults and overall very happy with our stay.
Pros - location, location, location; clean apartment; more spacious in person than it looked in photos; good amenities; good soundproofing! - you hear the stomp of ski boots going by, but otherwise almost no noise from the neighbors; hot tub is actually large enough to accommodate multiple groups at once; top bunk has a memory foam mattress .
Cons - only 6 pillows, even though the reservation was for 7 adults and the apartment is supposed to sleep 8; could not get the apartment to cool down - probably because all the other apartments have their heat on high; futon is not really big enough to sleep 2 adults and tips over easily.
Read the prior reviews for tips - bring TP, as the company only supplies 1 roll per bathroom, regardless of # of people/length of trip. Kitchen was decently well stocked, but BYO spices if you want anything other than salt & pepper

Great Place!
We stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks for the summer. The place was clean and nice! Everything was up to date and in good working condition. There wasn't anything that looked worn or overused. The master bathroom was spacious and had a shower and a separate tub. The second bathroom was normal size. The master bedroom has plenty of space. My only complaint is that the master bedroom did not have a dresser. The second bedroom has a Queen bunk bed and a dresser. The living room was spacious and lovely. It had a large couch with plenty of seating. The kitchen was up to date and had everything you could need for cooking. They even had a boot dryer for those who ski in the winter and a sled. The pictures do show a swimming pool and weight room and neither of those are on sight. They are at a community center which has to be paid for. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Condominium in a great location but definitely not ski in/ski out. I was aware of this but the unit should not be advertised as ski in/ski out. Unit was clean. No pantry for food so items had to be left on kitchen counter. No dresser in master and a small closet filled with household items in master bedroom so unpacking no really possible. Wi-Fi went down for approximately 36 hours and hot tub closed for 2 days during my stay. Communication between Founder Pointe HOA and Winter Park Escapes lacking. It took 3 phone calls, an email, and a message via VRBO to get an update. Winter Park Escapes finally emailed me back with outdated information. When the hot tub was closed, it wasn't until the second evening of closure that Winter Park Escapes emailed me regarding the situation. Despite these issues, I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay w/ Room for Improvement
Overall the condo is excellent. It's clean and modern with amazing amenities such as the luxurious soaking tub, 72inch screen, well-stocked kitchen as far as equipment (when most rentals leave you with only a fork and your imagination), very comfortable living room which made for a mostly comfortable and luxe stay. The proximity to the lift as well was most definitely a must!
While most of everything was excellent there are a tally of minor details that culminated to falling short considering the price. We kept finding outlets that didn't work, light bulbs that were out, there was no comforter/duvet on the master bed and we instead had to knick one from the guest room, not enough TP stocked for a week (and we were only 3 guests), check-in was confusing considering the excessive emails that get sent from the company (I received one email with one set of codes that didn't work and apparently I was supposed to realize I needed to reference a second email with updated codes?), and something was beeping down the hallway which was mildly irritating (it might have been a smoke detector with a low battery but it sounded like the fridge alarm if the doors left open?).
Overall an amazing stay but that's why there's a disappointment to see many “little” things fall to the wayside and a potential for 5 stars.
