Welcome to our condo at Iron Horse Unit D4014.
A lovely renovated studio condo with great access to the slopes of Winter Park Resort, private balcony and comfortable interior designs for a relaxing vacation anytime of the year.
The unit has an open floor plan encompassing living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas with newly installed hardwood flooring throughout and is nicely complimented with the modern furnishings. Guests can enjoy a quiet evening in front of the gas fireplace, watching their favorite programing on the flat screen television or relax on the private deck with forest views from the living room. A queen murphy bed will fold down in the evenings for a good night’s rest and easy to fold back up for more room during the daytime hours. The twin bunk bed is a slimmer model ideally suited for children and located near the sliding glass doors to the private deck for an additional spot for 2 guests to sleep.
For dining, there is seating at the breakfast bar and guests can prepare meals during their stay in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new countertops and cabinets. The full bathroom is easily accessible in the hallway.
Bedding: Queen murphy bed and twin bunk bed.
It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private balcony, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning.
Common area amenities include access to each floor is provided by an elevator and guests can take advantage of the available covered parking. The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.

1 car can park in the underground parking garage for the building. House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM. NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.
