  • Cette maison de ville magnifiquement aménagée est parfaitement située à distance de marche du centre-ville de WP et de la navette pour la station de Winter Park. Notre maison de ville est parfaite pour les familles! Il dispose d'un bain à remous privé à côté de la cuisine.

    Le Townhome offre trois chambres à coucher avec un lit Queen dans la chambre principale et un journal rustique complet sur lit superposé complet dans la deuxième chambre au dernier étage. Il peut accueillir quatre enfants! La suite de la chambre inférieure a un lit superposé queen sur queen qui est parfait pour 4 adolescents ou un couple avec enfants sur la couchette supérieure. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.

    Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée! La configuration de la chambre peut accueillir 6-8 adultes ou 4 adultes avec 6 enfants. De plus, nous avons un matelas de berceau qui est parfait pour les petits enfants. Chaque chambre a un humidificateur PureGuardian car l'air de la montagne peut être si sec. Des ventilateurs sont également proposés.

    Le niveau principal offre un foyer au gaz confortable, une télévision avec une Apple TV et une belle cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Asseyez-vous sur le pont avant et profitez de la tranquillité des montagnes ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous privé. La maison de ville dispose d'un garage chauffé pour votre voiture mais surtout pour vos skis et / ou vélos.

    Situé à quelques pas de la prise en charge de la navette (ligne orange) pour le domaine skiable de Winter Park / Mary Jane. Emplacement parfait pour les escapades hivernales ou pour venir en été (notre préféré). Des tonnes d'activités en hiver et en été.

It felt just like home! So comfortable and enough room for everyone to spread and relax. Beautiful inside and out. Side note: the Coca Cola puzzle was pretty difficult:)

Winter Park Gem

We’ve stayed in other great places in Winter Park, but this will be our go-to going forward. Comfortable home/beds, great layout, all the amenities, great location, stocked with everything we could have needed.

Well located ski house

We spent a great long ski weekend at the house. It's very well located (10 minutes from Winter Park by car) and the hot tub was well maintained. Heated garage access with a ski rack was also a plus.

Lovely space!

We stayed for a weekend. Some of my children and a grandson. The location was wonderful, and the condo was very well appointed and incredibly comfortable.

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our stay here with our pup so much! The condo is very comfortable, the hot tub amazing and there is a really cool trail to walk the dog right down the street. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Incredible hot tub views

This was the perfect place to come back to after days of skiing at Winter Park! Host also alerted us to Berthoud Pass closures, and other things out-of-towners wouldn't know. Five Stars!

Clean, Homey, Great Location!

The property was very clean and had every amenity a visitor could possibly want. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with stunning mountain views, and the close location to town and nearby walking trails was very convenient. Nikki was super personable and easy to communicate with. We all said we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Ski Week

This townhome exceeded our expectations. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The details made our stay wonderful. The proximity to the Lift stop made it easy to get back and forth to the Mountain everyday. We enjoyed being close to town for dinner, but were able to eat in easily a few nights due to having all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. Great week in Winter Park!

Great time!

We had a great time! The property was clean and well stocked with more than you would ever need! I could have packed half of the things I did because there was so much provided at this condo! The host was easy to communicate with and provided any information you could need to navigate the town, check in and check out easily. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus! Thanks for a great stay!

A perfect summer vacation spot!

We enjoyed a great week’s stay in Winter Park. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (with 4 teenagers). Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and enough common area for us all to be together. The house was so well stocked. I always pack extra supplies (trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc), but the house had everything we needed for the week! Restaurants are an easy walk from the house, and lots of great hiking nearby. Great owners and great property!

Christmas week w/family

Close to downtown, cozy townhome. Hit tub was clean. Host had a Xmas tree & decos for the holidays which was a nice surprise. Very clean all the rooms. All apps were available to us. Lots of stairs from garage to very top to bedrooms so may not be convenient for people with difficulties with knees & hips. Host available to call or text with questions. Very helpful. Enjoyed our week stay.

Beat my expectations!

First and foremost, the condo itself was beyond my expectations. It was evident that the host had put a great deal of thought and effort into making it a comfortable and welcoming space. One thing that really stood out was how well stocked the condo was. Everything I needed was readily available, from kitchen essentials to extra linens and towels. It felt like a home away from home, ensuring that I didn't have to worry about a thing during my stay. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently situated within an easy walking distance to both Main Street. My girls, in particular, adored the proximity to Wolf Park, and it quickly became one of their favorite spots. Our family had an unforgettable time, and we are already planning our next visit. Oh, the hot tub was a real treat and so easy too! You won't be disappointed.

Family Ski Trip

We had a great stay at Nikki's property. The condo was very well suited to our needs. We vacationed with our 5 adult children and a few of their spouses. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs and each bedroom had it's own full bath which was VERY helpful. The first floor half bath served as our emergency only bathroom and this worked out very well. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. I loved the cookware. Better than what I have at home. The location is just a few steps (like maybe 50 yeards) from the bus line that takes you right into the Winter Park ski resort. It was super convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub also. Nikki was also very accessible and helpful. We experienced car trouble and she went out of her way to get us information on some auto shops that could do the necessary repairs. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly stay again.

Amazing condo perfect stay

Spent a wonderful few days at this amazing condo. Beautiful views, cozy clean interior and close to downtown. Everything we needed was provided and the owner responded to all questions quickly! Soaking in the hot tub after some long hikes felt like a gift. Would definitely recommend!

Family Ski Stay

We had an excellent experience with this property and owner! The property was VERY clean - which is one of the most important factors to me when renting. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in one that was so well appointed with supplies and extras. Nikki thought of everything, making sure all bases are covered for her guests and was very responsive to our communication. I appreciated the clear and timely instructions for check-in/check-out - it was seamless! Everything was as we hoped for our ski at Winter Park. Which is only a short drive away and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing sore muscles in the evenings. I’d highly recommend this property!
