Good rental but overpriced

Overall good rental, but overpriced as a luxury rental. We rented this property based on reviews, pictures and listing descriptions being very similar to a true luxury quality rental we’ve experienced in the recent past with Winter Park Escapes/VRBO, but were disappointed by the differences in quality, comfort and overall layout of bedroom & living area locations. The good: property decor is pleasant and it was clean inside. The not so good: The 5th “bedroom” with the twin beds does not have doors and only has enough space to walk between the beds. That’s it. We booked the property with the plan for 5 couples based on the listing advertising 5 bedrooms. Thankfully only 4 couples went, so it wasn’t an issue. The quality of utensils, dishes, etc. was poor to adequate. (Melamine, plastic and one full set of utensils, requiring dishwashing at every meal.) The cushions on the deck furniture were very dirty. One of the portable bedroom fans didn’t work, making for a warm night. We closet get the gas grill to work. Not could we get the living room couch sections to recline. While there are 4 levels, the property echoed so that anyone talking or cooking, etc., on the main floor carried to the top and bottom floors. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor, so any noise on that floor is going to be a disturbance. Additionally, the bathroom for that bedroom is not private. The bathroom for anyone to use is on the garage floor level.

Beautiful townhome

Accommodated our family nicely. Different levels for sleeping and activities made it feel quiet at night for sleeping and spread out for playing games and watching TV. Very nicely decorated. Designed for large groups to eat together comfortably in open kitchen area! Great experience for us.

Great place!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. All of our family joined together for a birthday celebration and it was perfect. The beds where SUPER comfortable and the stream flowing behind the property is also an added bonus for when you are looking to sit on the patio and get some fresh air. Only thing I would suggest to the owners is to have some added utensils in the kitchen, I know we had a large group
 but there where not enough forks for every during dinner. But I would totally recommend the place!

Phenomenal Location

The best part of this property was it's proximity to the restaurants in downtown Winter Park. Everything was walkable. The only downside was all of the stairs but that's just the nature of a tall skinny floor plan. Highly recommend this property to large groups.

Great Place and Awesome Location

We really enjoyed this property! Very roomy, had just about everything we needed and it was perfectly located. The beds are comfy, offers enough decks for everyone to enjoy, showers are roomy, BBQ grill worked like a charm, hot tub is very nice! Parking was no problem. We have just a few minor suggestions, there was only one roll of paper towels, the Clorox bottle was just about empty, we had an issue with the garage door, but I believe maintenance was able to take care of it right away. Very nice place! Thank you!

Great for large families!!!

This was the first time my family went to Winter Park and the place looked perfect. It was located centrally, so we could walk everywhere. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. However, there were a few items that were not ideal when we arrived. First of all, the garage door wasn't working. Management was quick to send maintenance over, but the garage wasn't able to be fixed worked while we were there. Luckily, the complex wasn't full, so we could park our second car across the complex. Had it been during the winter, the garage would've been an issue. Next, the sheets in one room were definitely not changed, but by the time we noticed it, it was too late at night to wash them. There were no extra clean sheets anywhere. Luckily, there were extra hot tub towels that were used as sheets instead. For a place this big, there should be spare sheets available. Finally, we were really looking forward to using the hot tub, but it had debris floating in it. We called the management and they were quick to respond that day, but when we looked at the hot tub after they cleaned it, it still had debris floating throughout, so we never trusted to go in it. Overall, we loved the place and location. The above issues we worked around it. However, the only disappoint was not being able to use the hot tub during our whole stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.
