Two Great Weeks of Remote Working

My wife and I spent two enjoyable weeks in this new and airy condo working remotely. Our first words when we walked in were, “Wow, score!” The place is spotless, bright, nicely-decorated and large enough to allow two people to take their separate work calls in peace and quiet. The beds and couches are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s a corner unit on the first floor which has benefits and drawbacks. The benefits are easy loading and unloading and quick exits for dog walks. The drawbacks are the noise and the exterior lights. The noise comes from the building’s front door (adjacent to the primary bedroom) and side door (adjacent to the secondary bedroom). Proximity to food and services is great - the market is right across the street and restaurants are within a short walk. Winter Park is booming, and this condo is a great base to take advantage of it all.

Very nice place

My husband and I stayed here. We were told it would be accessible for him as he is in a wheelchair. It worked out great! He was able to get around well and we really enjoyed the space as we also had two large dogs with us. There were some areas of the space that weren’t as clean as I thought they should be but I did a little extra cleaning myself. I would definitely come back!

Great Condo in Winter Park

We loved our stay at this condo for Spring break. It appears to be new and everything was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The internet/wifi worked great so no issues streaming shows and movies on the TVs in the condo. Comfortable couch in the living room with a nice and very warm fireplace. Never had any issues with warm/hot water. Short walk to restaurants, gas station and a grocery store. The only “negative” was dealing with the lock system to get into building and then into the condo. There are two entrances into the building. One is a side entrance at the top of some stairs. The lock device on that door doesn’t work well (as we discovered on arrival). The lock on the other “main” entrance works much better and so did the lock on the condo unit but the style is a pain. It was a pain but the condo is so great that it’s worth it. I also would have preferred more towels but it wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely stay here again.

We had high expectations of this property and it didn’t disappoint, the apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need and so tastefully decorated 
100% as it appears in the photographs. The outside jacuzzi is a highlight, one of the best we’ve experienced. A win of a winter holiday for our family.

Cozy Condo

Our family loved staying at this cute, cozy condo! It was the perfect size for our family of five and was conveniently located next to the market, movie theater, and dining! We also enjoyed playing various board games that they provided. The only downfall was the hot tub was out of order, but they did provide us with daily vouchers to the Rec center that was just a short drive/walk away. We highly recommend!

This is our second stay at this condo. The first time was during COVID. The property is just as beautiful and convenient as our first stay. The hot tub was open during this stay - such an added bonus. Highly recommend the property.

Home away from home

We loved this property! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of 5 with three adult children. Ample parking, dog friendly and within walking distance to coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. Timely responses from management when we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

This property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the close location to the resort, the Fraser hiking trail, and quick drive to town for dining options. The location is close proximity to many restaurants and a trail! It’s a beautiful property. Well maintained and equipped with everything one could need. The only downfall is the keypad to get in and out of the garage, front door and the building. Other than that minor thing

We loved this property. It was in a great location, nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. I loved the underground garage to keep your car warm and dry. The only downfall was a beeping in the lobby that shared a wall with our bedroom. I believe it was a faulty fire alarm. It woke me up the first day. I called the property manager and it was resolved for a couple of days. However, on our last night it beeped all night. I had a 12 hour drive the next day so had to sleep on the couch.

Beautiful, comfortable condo with great extras!

This condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and is in a perfect location. We had easy access to Winter Park and to Nordic skiing at Devil’s Thumb Ranch. Even better, we could walk to restaurants, shops, and to the fabulous community center. Loved that it was dog friendly, with easy access to places to walk. And the extras offered by the property management company were terrific! Just an excellent experience.
