This charming one-bedroom unit is also near the Rendezvous Event Center, which boasts a sledding hill suitable for all ages and inviting fire pits for warmth. A brief walk leads to the main street, providing additional dining and shopping options. During the summer months, the Rendezvous Event Center becomes a lively hub, hosting live music, craft fairs, and fitness events.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The living room features a newly added foldout Queen mattress, enhancing the comfort of the additional sleeping arrangements. It also includes a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and various games. A private deck offers picturesque mountain views. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.
The well-appointed kitchen is designed for both simple meal preparation and gourmet cooking. This spacious and well-lit area is conveniently located next to the living room, allowing for shared moments. Additionally, the full bathroom and a gear room for ski storage and similar items are located off the hallway, completing the layout.
Situated on the third floor of the building, guests may use the shared elevator for easy access. PARKING: Only two designated spots are available.

The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
