Luxurious 3 bedroom, mt views, garage parking and private decks
This Bear Crossing three-bedroom townhome features a spacious interior, high-end finishes throughout, and a multi-level floor plan. With 2,000 square feet of living space, it provides ample room for a group of eight to spread out and enjoy the nearby outdoor activities while admiring the stunning mountain views from the large windows in the main living room. The location offers guests a sense of seclusion while still being conveniently close to downtown Winter Park and accessible via the free town shuttle.
The main floor of the unit boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and numerous south-facing windows, encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and living spaces. The expansive living room is furnished with comfortable seating surrounding a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this area, the dining space provides a charming setting for meals, accommodating up to six guests. From the dining area, there is access to a private deck where one can unwind and enjoy the beautiful views, utilize the BBQ grill, and enjoy drinks. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Additionally, the main floor includes a mudroom entrance with slate flooring, a half bathroom, and a full laundry room.
On the upper floor, a luxurious primary suite is complemented by a loft sitting area that overlooks the living room below. This suite features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a king-sized bed, a private deck, a flat-screen television, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with tiled countertops, a large shower enclosure, and a soaking tub for relaxation after a day filled with activities in the area.
The lower level of the townhome includes a secondary den with plush furnishings and a flat-screen television, along with access to a private deck. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the common area hallway for easy access by all guests.
The townhome has a 1 car garage with parking for 1 car outside of the garage for a total of 2 vehicles. On the free town shuttle route but guests will need to walk 1/8 of a mile to the shuttle stop. Please note there is no air conditioning and there is a ring door bell for security at the front door.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
