About this space

Welcome to your Winter Park mountain getaway! This thoughtfully updated 3-bedroom + bunk room townhome is right in the heart of downtown Winter Park and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

Spread across four levels, the home offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax together, or find a little space of their own. Enjoy a private rooftop hot tub with beautiful mountain views, a heated 2-car tandem garage with EV charging, a dedicated bunk/game room, and easy access to everything Winter Park has to offer.

We’ve recently refreshed the home with brand-new furniture, mattresses, rooftop furnishings, and other upgrades to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We’re also happy to welcome dogs and provide several family-friendly extras for guests traveling with little ones.

The space

Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park, you’ll be just a short walk from Main Street’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Even better, the complimentary town shuttle stops right out front, making getting to and from Winter Park Resort easy without having to worry about parking.

Ground level

Enter through the heated 2-car tandem garage, complete with an EV charger and brand-new wall-mounted ski racks for storing your gear after a day on the mountain. There’s also a convenient mudroom for boots, jackets, and all those extra mountain layers.

Main level

The main living area is warm, comfortable, and open, with a gas fireplace, TV, and private balcony; an inviting place to unwind together after a day outside.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with bar seating, and a cozy adjoining dining area.

You’ll also find a queen bedroom with a brand-new mattress and a full bathroom on this level, making it a convenient option for anyone who would prefer fewer stairs.

Upper level

Upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom with a brand-new king bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom.

A second bedroom features a brand-new queen bed and TV, with another full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and bunk room.

Washer and dryer are located on the second floor (next to the third bedroom) and are available for guest use.

Bunk room + Game room

Designed with families in mind, the bunk room is a fun space for kids, and grown-ups too! It features a new twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping up to three.

The room also has an Xbox with a selection of Xbox games, plus a collection of board games, making it a great place to hang out after skiing, enjoy a family game night, or stay entertained on a snowy afternoon.

Rooftop deck + private hot tub

Head up to the top level and step onto the private rooftop deck, newly furnished and surrounded by wonderful mountain and downtown views. Enjoy the private rooftop grill for easy outdoor meals, whether you’re cooking breakfast, grilling lunch or preparing dinner under the mountain sky.

The private hot tub is the perfect spot to relax after skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Winter Park.

A few thoughtful extras

We have tried to make arriving and settling in as easy as possible. Keyless smart-lock entry and a smart garage door opener make access simple, while smart thermostats allow us to make sure the home is warm and comfortable before you arrive. Especially welcome after a drive up to the mountains on a snowy winter day.

Traveling with younger children? We’ve tried to save you some packing space. The home includes a pack ’n play, high chair, stroller, and kid-friendly plates, bowls, and cups for our younger guests.

Please note that, like many mountain homes in Winter Park, the property does not have air conditioning. However, ceiling fans are included in every room to help keep the home comfortable.

Sleeping arrangements

- Main-level bedroom: Queen bed + full bathroom on the same floor
- Primary bedroom: King bed + private en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed + full bathroom on the same floor
- Bunk room: Twin-over-twin bunk + twin trundle
- Living room: The couch does convert into a queen size bed if necessary
- Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Bringing your dog?

We love welcoming four-legged family members and have added a few extras to make their stay comfortable too, including dog bowls, a washable furniture throw, a paw towel, and poop bags.

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs (up to 75 lbs each). Our pet fee is $75 for each dog.

We simply ask that dogs stay off the beds and use the provided cover if joining you on the couch. If your dog will be enjoying some downtime at the house while you’re out, please make sure they’re comfortable in a crate.

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning beyond the normal pet fee. To help us prepare properly for your four-legged guests, please include your dogs in your reservation or let us know before arrival. An additional $250 fee may apply for pets that aren’t included in the reservation.

Cats or other pets may be considered - just reach out to us before booking.
