The main open-concept layout highlights hardwood flooring and large windows that allow abundant Colorado sunlight to illuminate the space, offering spectacular views of the Fraser River, the surrounding forest, and Winter Park Ski Resort.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that accommodates three. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a spacious table and additional seating for up to six. The living area is ideally designed for relaxation, featuring a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and generous plush seating, along with access to a private patio. It is important to mention that air conditioning is not available.
The master bedroom suite includes a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, a full en-suite bathroom, and access to the private deck.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen television.
The third bedroom features a double/double bunk bed, which can accommodate up to four individuals.
The second bathroom is conveniently situated in the main hallway.
Located on the ground floor of the building, the property offers outdoor parking, and guests are also invited to enjoy the shared indoor hot tub and sauna.
Guests are not allowed to smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
