Leave the cars and hassles of parking behind and hop on the free shuttle nearby, transporting you to your desired destination. When you’re ready to sit back and relax at the end of your fun-filled days, Arrow Luxury Rooftop has everything you need to make you feel right at home.

We suspect you’re going to want to spend much of your time on the home’s rooftop balcony, where you’ll be met with sweeping views of Winter Park and the surrounding landscape. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub under the expansive night sky, host an afternoon of games at the picnic table or lounge seating area, or fire up the grill for a delicious evening barbeque. Heading inside you’ll find comfortable spaces tastefully furnished and decorated to enable relaxation at its fullest. The living room offers a cozy setting with sofa seating, smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The room also opens to access of the outdoor balcony where you’ll find a quaint setting with seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware should the mood strike you to whip up a homecooked meal or two. Diners can have a seat at the kitchen counter with high-top stools for 5, or next to the fireplace with additional bar-style seating for 4. Quiet morning hours can be spent in the front porch Adirondack chairs, the perfect setting for your morning coffee.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds in a bunk format.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms – the first on the main level with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the other on the second level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

And when it's time to shop, dine, or grab a cup of coffee and relax, pay a visit to the Village.
