Relaxation at its best in the Colorado Mountains, with a home that has 7 bedrooms separated into four distinct and private areas. It also has two separate living areas. Enjoy the company of others, but you can always retreat to your own space. We love this house when hosting large groups of friends or multiple families.
This beautiful home is nestled back within a private wooded lot offering you relaxation and tranquility while being centrally located in the Fraser Valley. Enjoy this house in both the summer and winter with activities located throughout Winter Park. This beautiful mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski Resort.
Walk in to a beautifully updated great room with a slate entry way and a matching slate wood burning fireplace. Relax in your own private hot tub or have some fun playing poker on our game table table. There is also a 50' flat screen TV in the rec room with plenty of room for all to enjoy a movie together or have some fun with the Nintendo Wii or Xbox 360.
Our Master bedroom has a king bed along with a flat screen TV, second bedroom has 2 sets of full over full bunk beds and 32" TV, third bedroom has a king bed and 50" TV, fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds, full size futon and 50" TV, loft area is now an enclosed bedroom with queen bed, fifth bedroom has a king bed with 50" TV, and sixth bedroom has a king bed with 50" TV as well! (there is a twin bedroom in the wing with the master king bedroom and the full over full bunk beds).
Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with a Viking six range gas stove top, double ovens, over-sized refrigerator, ice maker, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a warming drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to create wonderful meals for all your guests. We have included all the things that we find valuable in a home kitchen and have tried to have it available in our mountain home.
There are also plenty of dishes and utensils for two meals so one set can be in the dishwasher while you have enough for your next meal. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. These would include a crock pot, waffle maker, hand blender, and even an electric griddle. We also have a nice tablecloth and cloth napkins for special occasions and meals. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

Our patio is equipped with outdoor couch, dining table for 6, large umbrella and propane grill. - Bedroom #2: king suite with attached bathroom#242"TV with roku and cable - Bathroom #2: Double sink, Large stand up shower, large tub and toilet - Bedroom #3: 2 sets of full size bunk beds, this room shares - Bathroom #3 and its attached to king suite 40"TV with Roku - Bedroom #4: Twin bed, this room shares bathroom #2 and is also attached to king suite NO TV Upstairs: - Bedroom #5: Queen size bed, this room shares bathroom #3 with other bedroom on this level42" TV with Roku - Bathroom #4: Single sink, stand up shower and toilet - Bedroom#6: 2 Queen beds, this room shares bathroom #342" TV with Roku Lower Level: - Bedroom #7: King suite with attached shared jack and Jill bathroom #442" TV with Roku - Bathroom #5: Bath/Shower combo, single sink and toilet - Bedroom #8: King suite with attached jack and Jill bathroom#442" TV with Roku - Large basement living room with queen pull out sofa - Our second living room has a large sectional couch, pull out sofa, game table, 65" smart TV, Xbox and gas fireplace.
Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD satellite TV. Both entertainment systems include home theater speaker systems. The TV's in all bedrooms have roku media sticks where you can watch Netflix.
Other amenities include free local and long distance as well as high speed internet with WiFi connection.
We have an outdoor hot tub; look for the hooks on the trees to hang your towels. No need to be cold when you get out! It is so wonderful to sit in the hot tub after a day spent in the outdoors and enjoy the stars.
General Amenities: All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
We also have a heated over-sized garage with plenty of room for your ski equipment and mountain bikes, and a large capacity front loading washer and dryer for your use.
Please note we do use Noiseaware sound monitoring to ensure our county wide quiet time hours are being followed.

House Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense. 2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine. 3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime. 4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred. 5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will loose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out. 6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

We try to be very responsive to any questions ahead of time. Once you are reserved, you will receive a welcome packet that provides codes where you can access the house any time. We have an onsite property manager that can take care of any issues or repairs during your stay. Overall, our guests find us extremely responsive when needed, but let you enjoy your vacation if we're not needed.

Overall our stay was great! The house is spacious and welcoming. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. The front outdoor space was lovely for the grandkids to play in. The management company was very responsive to any issues and the house was well stocked with cooking supplies.

Listing Was Not Accurate, Very Flawed Communication
We stayed here as part of a professional company retreat. Unfortunately, the property bedrooms are very inaccurately described in the listing. Bedrooms within bedrooms isn't how it was described, meaning professional boundaries and privacy wasn't available. Additionally, a misunderstanding of check-out time caused us to find a plan B with a struggle and the trip was thrown into a bit of chaos. We will seek other homes for future retreats.

Great fit for our family!
Lovely home that was perfect for our family trip of 18. The home has lovely areas for gathering on the main floor or the basement. The rooms were generously sized for the most part. I love that there were so many king size beds, didn't have to flip a coin for one! Honestly wish we could have stayed for one addition night as it went too fast. Hot tub was great on the cold day! We did have one little issue which was no fault of anyone, one of the thermostats went out but the property manager was super responsive and got it taken care of quickly. Close to Winter Park skiing and convenient grocery shopping right around the corner. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms on the main floor! Thanks, would love to visit again sometime.

Excellent ski getaway for big groups!
We chose this location for my 30th birthday and everyone had a wonderful time! The hosts were fantastic - very responsive and able to help us if we had any questions or last minute changes (ex: late check-out related to airport shuttle delays). The discounted lift tickets we had access to through the house were a great perk to help make sure all our guests were able to take advantage of the nearby mountains. Comfortable beds, high quality cooking equipment, nice amenities, overall very highly recommend!
The only challenge / surprise we ran into was that the beds / rooms listed online did not 100% match the house itself - we had to make some last minute changes to sleeping arrangements when we got there, but overall we made it work fairly easily and the size of the house provided some different options we could work with. I think they mentioned they were going to update the listing so this will not be an issue for future groups, and for our group we made it work, but never hurts to double check. They are very friendly and responsive for questions.

Comfortable and Roomy
The home is nice and roomy although some of the photographs made it look bigger than it is, particularly the kitchen. We had children of all ages and it was comfortable for everyone. It is an ideal spot for skiing and winter sports and the kids enjoyed the large yard to play in the snow. Thank you for the opportunity for our family to make some great memories.

Beautiful home to stay with some minor issues that were mostly resolved!
We loved the home. We had some issues with housekeeping, plumbing and heat. The home just needs a deep cleaning...we understand about staffing shortages however. The management was wonderful and addressed all of our requests as the heat was not working and quite a few plumbing issues. I would stay here again!!! So nothing that was detrimental to the time with our family!!!! The home is huge and in a beautiful setting. We also loved we were able to bring our dogs...huge bonus!

Great place for friends and family reunion
We had good times and enjoyed the stay. Very close to the town and quick access to the Fraser Tubing Hill. This house is designed to cover 5 families even through it has 7 bedrooms for comfort and privacy reason. One of the upstairs bedroom doesn't have window. Master bedroom leads to the bunk bedroom. I will be happy to go back for future stay but not with 6-7 families. Very friendly and helpful property management team to work with.

House was expensive and so you expect a high quality! Property was disappointing, furniture was cheap, driveway and walkways were Iced, huge ice cycles hanging from the roof, walkway to the hot tub was complete ice causing multiple people to slip and fall, no salt on premises. One of the beds was as hard as the floor!
