With four smart TVs with streaming, two cozy family rooms, a laundry room, and family-friendly amenities like a pack 'n play and high chair, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The main living area includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining for 8, a comfortable living room, and a deck with a gas grill—all with stunning mountain views. Upstairs, you'll find three spacious, light-filled bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom is cozily situated on the lower level with a full bathroom and sitting area.

Parking on Bear Trail is strictly prohibited due to an HOA easement that impacts the Bear Trail townhomes and to allow snow removal companies vehicular access on both sides of the curb.

- No events, parties, or smoking allowed in the home.

- No pets allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM.

- Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in a monetary penalty and/or loss of reservation.

Great spot for a bunch of guys to ski and ponder life. The main floor kitchen, dining area, and family room are wide open and great for community time. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The ski bus picks up about 1/2 block away, or it's a short drive to the resort. Definitely would stay here again.

It’s a beautiful living room and entertaining area. Not the best night sleep. The beds are stiff and the master bedroom downstairs is not temperature regulated like the upstairs. The floor in the master bedroom has a draft But it was very clean, great views from the bedrooms and it’s in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful townhome. Lots of natural light, rooms, and bathrooms. Everyone fit here without bumping into eachother and our stay was most pleasant here. Quality of kitchen supplies and bathroom towels was excellent. We will book this place again!

We were so happy with the close proximity to Winter Park skiing. The views were amazing and the house was comfortable for all. You can’t beat a two car garage! The owner had many thoughtful toiletries and kitchen items. It was a very comfortable stay and I would highly recommend.

This is a new building. The location is excellent. Close to restaurants and stores. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. The beds and bedding are new and very comfortable. We were 4 friends that take a ski trip every year. The condo is a 5 min easy drive to the mountain. We drove to the mountain everyday but the Lift transport stops about 100yards from the front door. Garage was nice as the weather was rough. Every aspect of this town home was spectacular.

Condo was new and very clean. It has an outstanding view of the mountains from the living area and the main bedroom. Most everything in the condo was high end, including the bath linens and kitchen utensils. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals if you wanted to do so. Condo location is convenient and in a quiet area. We very much enjoyed our stay!
