The space
A full kitchen with granite counter tops perfect for making meals at home. Vaulted ceiling and tile floors in the main living area. Carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new Tuft and Needle King size bed and private bathroom with granite counters and a tub and shower. Guest room 2, has a new full size bed, guest room 3 has a new king size bed. There is a blow up mattress in the hall closet and room on the master bedroom or living room floor. Another bathroom with tub and shower is located in the hall. All 3 bedrooms have ample closet space. In the living room you’ll find a new pull out queen sofa bed, to accommodate an extra sleeper with comfort. The large backyard is fenced in.

The entire house is open to you. Two utility closets are locked.

We have grill available for use but you must clean it after use. If you use the grill and fail to clean it, an additional cleaning fee of $25-$50 will be charged.
