The common areas were perfectly suited for us to watch tv, grill out and enjoy meals. Ample parking and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. « I gave only 4 stars, although it could easily be five except for the following. I arrived late afternoon and only had an hour to freshen and get to a funeral. The setting/location was peaceful. I went up the stairs and noticed right away the deck and furniture had not been cleaned or swept, big black ants everywhere and spider webs in the corners. NOPE. « The perfect rental space! The house was beautiful and all of the personal touches were so nice. It was exactly as described. Lots of outdoor space, we enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated how dog friendly everything was. The kitchen had all we could need and gave us ideas for our own remodel 🙃! Thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« We had a very pleasant time. The host was very communicative and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, but the kitchen ware was pretty limited. There is a dog next door (very sweet!) and we didn't hear him bark at all during the night. We got very good sleep! »

« After checking in 15-20 minutes early, we realized the cleaning lady had not come yet to change linens or get the house ready. I promptly reached out to the house manager and it was remedied in a very prompt manner. By the time my husband and I returned from dinner with my son, who we had come to see, the house sparkled and smelled wonderful!!! I could not have been more pleased with the house or the communication. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close proximity of wake forest law...

« So nice to have a little lake house with a dock. We rented a pontoon from the marina. The kids had fun as well. Just enough space for our 7 people who came with us. Kitchen was well supplied and we cooked our meals. Thank you! »

« The home is very cute inside and clean, location was perfect, close to everything. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Couple of suggestions Does need outside property clean up. And simple thing like some bowls for the kitchen so you can mix pancakes or salads., and couple of cookie sheets. But that’s minor. Beth the manager was excellent and very helpful. We did have a great stay. »

« We were only in town for a graduation weekend but this place was just what we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood, off street parking, close to everything we needed. Clean and cozy. Tyler checked in with us to see if we needed fresh towels or linens. We didn't but we appreciated him asking. We would stay here again. »

« The house itself was very clean, well stocked. It was easy to check in, plenty of space for our family. The owner checked in to make sure everything was ok upon check in and throughout our stay. The neighborhood was just ok, one evening a neighbor was looking right into the house through the kitchen window, so it would have been nice to have a privacy blind on it. That was my only issue with the house. »

« Absolutely as advertised and the most attentive hosts imaginable. The home is beautiful, set on a quiet street, in a great neighborhood, and is just a very short distance from anything you could ever need (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc.). Ideal layout for a great gathering with plenty of space inside and room to run in a huge outdoor yard. This home definitely checked every box for our needs and made for a perfect experience. Would highly recommend! »
