« They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. « The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She cursed at my partner in front of the manager with no consequence. We could not check into our room until 4:57pm and check in was 3pm. We were told by the manager check-in was not 3pm despite it being advertised in every room, Expedia, and the Hilton website. There was no accommodation made for the inconvenience.
