« This is a neat as a pin, quaint cottage. The lack of a bath/shower and hot water bothered me more than i thought it would. Otherwise, it would be five stars hands down. »

« We enjoyed our stay with Phyllis. The accommodations were exactly as described. Super comfortable bed in a sweet little neighborhood. Very convenient to everything. We are sorry we didn’t get to visit more with Phyllis but were in town for a sports tournament. I definitely recommend you stay here. »

« Visiting family. Perfect for our stay. Close to downtown. »

« Location was great. Home was reasonable considering the renovations the owner is doing. However, I wasn’t too satisfied with the cleaning. Extra bedding was dirty, and the couches, floors, covers already out, under the sofas contained a lot of pet hair. I had to rewash blankets just to know that it was “clean”. So I give the overall stay 5.5 »

« Rented for my son's graduation and was able to easily sleep 8 and host a graduation bbq with others. Fantastic memory and a great environment to connect with a larger group in a family setting. Owners were great and very helpful all around so that I could host a great weekend. »

« This was my first VRBO experience. The house was roomy and well styled. I felt very safe during my stay. The backyard was a lovely extension of the house. I highly recommend this property! »

« This cottage was perfect for us! Immaculate doesn’t even begin to describe it. The layout was fantastic and so was Victoria, our host! We wanted to rebook for a few weeks from now but unfortunately for us, someone else is lucky enough to be staying in this charming cottage. We will definitely be rebooking! « A quiet retreat getaway. House was perfect - comfy, clean. It is near a secondary highway, but not noisy in house. More like white noise when going to bed. Otherwise not noticeable. Outside is more pronounced. Property is very pretty, and provides nice views and walks. Wildlife viewing from house. A very nice stay »

« Even though I received a confirmation from Hotels.com, Evolve (the property manager), had no record of our booking. We were on the phone with Evolve for 45 minutes, never received a call back and then got an email 2 hours later suggesting other Evolve properties. Never again. »

« Nice and modern and well appointed. Very clean and cozy. Loved the proximity to Acadia Farms for coffee a few groceries and delicious biscuits. Easy ride to UNCSA and downtown Winston-Salem. There may have been a squatter living on the porch of the house next door. We weren't worried as we are big city people but other guests may feel uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay in WS. »
