« There is some work that needs to be done to this property. Seal on toilet needs fixed, it leaks. Because of the leak the floor has rotted underneath the linoleum and sewage seeped up. The place is furnished nicely. Once the bathroom is taken care of we would recommend it. »

« Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. « This property is very unique and worked great for our group of moms and daughters. It's spacious, has a well-euipped kitchen, easy parking, and is walkable to restaurants and breweries. We did have an issue with the alarm going off and no one (property owner or building owner) knew the password so that turned into a pretty big issue, but the owner was apologetic and refunded for the stress. Hopefully they have figured this out now. »

« I really loved the location of this property. The house had a nice outdoor patio set to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice. Would have liked a wine opener and wine glasses and few more plates and bowls but it was fine for just myself. The sofa and desk chair in the living room could use a nice steam clean , but overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. »

« This was a nice little one bedroom in a perfect location in Downtown Winston Salem. Jeff, the manager was extremely good at communicating with us all of the time. Parking was great! We felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to easily adjust the temperature in the place. I would’ve liked a hot shower instead of a luke warm one but if that’s the only thing we were wanting then I call it a big win! »
