Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay.

Winooski Falls is a walkable historic mill town that is easy to navigate. Head to unique breweries nearby to try some of the local beers, spend the day relaxing by the scenic river, and enjoy the live music and bars in the evening.

There are two outdoor security cameras on the property. One on either side of the building. Each point at the main entrances and the driveway. The cameras are on and record when motion is detected.

The recorded footage is only accessed in emergencies. We notify guests when footage is accessed.

Please notify for check ins later than 10pm.

For requests during quiet hours, please call the host for immediate service.

$50 late checkout fee.
$35 lost key fee.

Guests are not allowed to make reservations for more than a total of 21 days over a 30 day period.

We do not accept reservations over one year out.
